How special would it be to make your own wedding rings?

Wedding rings are one of the most important parts of getting married. A symbol of your unbreakable bond.

Making your own wedding rings is an empowering experience and will ensure life-long memories of this special time in your life together.

Under Shannon’s guidance you and your betrothed will spend a special day creating unique rings for each other.

How does it begin…

First fill in the submission form below. Shannon will then get in touch to arrange your consultation to discuss what you would like to make. We will go through the design, metals and even stones. You can also include non traditional materials too. Once the designs are finalised Shannon will provide a quote for the materials and we will schedule a day that suits you both for your wedding ring making experience.

What to expect during your experience…

Your workshop will begin with a welcome cup of tea or coffee to set you both up for the day. Shannon will show you around the studio and discuss health & safety before delving into a short demonstration.

The skills you will learn will start with measuring, piercing, filing, shaping your materials to soldering, cleaning and most importantly finishing.

Once we are ready to get making you will be provided with a protective apron, your place to work and most importantly your materials.

Each workshop is four hours long with refreshments.

During the workshop Shannon will take photographs to capture the day and for you to have as a lovely momento.

If you chose to include stones within your designs these will be set by Shannon after and a collection date will be arranged.

Cost

The workshop per couple is £350 which includes refreshments, photo book and use of all tools. The cost of your chosen materials is then added to the cost of the workshop.

Materials

When we have our design consultation Shannon will be able to fine tune the exact cost of your chosen materials. You can also opt to up-cycle your own sentimental metals.

You have the choice of silver, 9ct white/rose/yellow gold, 14ct white/rose/yellow gold, 18ct white/rose/yellow gold, or platinum.

Please note that if you chose to have your rings made in 9ct gold or above you will make your rings in silver which with then be cast in your chosen metal.
