Shannon loves to create unique pieces to be treasured for someone special, be it your mum, husband, granddaughter or just for you… You can commission her to make your piece in any metal, silver, 9ct or 18ct yellow/white/rose gold, palladium or platinum with a wide variety of traditionally cut or rough gemstones.
Not all jewellery is made from diamonds and gold. Alternative materials such as the hair from your beloved horse can be made into something truly special. Jewellery is personal to each of us, let yours tell your story. Shannon has made pieces for clients based on her conceptual work. She has sourced diamonds, aquamarines and even seaglass. Using many techniques, dreaming creative settings and working closely to make the perfect piece just for you.
Shannon also provides a remodelling service using your old jewellery to create something with all its beautiful sentimentality still intact. Old metal, be it gold or silver, can be melted down and forged into new shapes. Stones, new ones bought on travels or your Grandma’s diamonds, can be reset into new contemporary pieces.

The entire commissioning process can be conducted via email with Shannon or by appointment at her studio.

Geraldine’s Necklace
Geraldine and I haven’t actually met. She discovered my work through one of my stockists. Upon viewing my website, Geraldine fell in love with ‘Embrace’. She then commissioned me to make her own Embrace with hair from her beloved horse, stones and a piece of wood found when walking her dog. The chain was based on Embrace per Geraldine’s request. The Rippled texture was carried through to the clasps and catch, all made from oxidised sterling silver.
Rosie’s Ring
Rosie has been dreaming of an Aquamarine ring for years now, we have discussed it many times and finally it all just fell into place with the right design and stunning stone.
This beautiful Aquamarine is set in 9ct rose gold, sterling silver band with my signature Rippled texture.
Becca’s Pendant
Becca was about to embark on an open ended adventure across Asia and wanted to have a couple of pieces to wear that remind her of home.
Along with a few Rock Sure and Rippled rings, Becca wanted a circular pendant and loved the Rock Surface texture. We decided an inner spinning circle would add another dimension to the piece. Oxidised and with a heavy texture to contrast.
Isabella’s 18th
Issy’s mum and auntie commission a piece each with her birthstone, Alexandrite. They both love the Rock Surface texture. The bangle was oval shaped to match the oval cut of the Alexandrite.
Jason commission a necklace for his sister. She loves orchid flowers so this was a little out of the norm for Shannon.
Set are the three birth stones of Jason’s nieces. Alexandrite for June. Emerald for May. Peridot for August.
Matthew’s Bracelets
Matthew wanted a bracelet with a green stone and black leather. I sourced a moss agate and combined both textures within the bracelet.
He loved it so much he commissioned a second bracelet this time with a black rutile quartz.
Jo-Anne’s ring
The three diamonds from Jo-Anne’s original engagement ring were reset nestled between 9ct rose gold on the Rippled textured sterling silver band.
A very popular statement ring for remodelling clients stunning diamonds. Stones are nestled in between 9ct rose gold with a wide Rippled texture band in sterling silver.
The length of the ring is measured to fit you to ensure the most comfortable wear. Any size of stones can be set, the settings are hand build for each stone.
This design can be made in various metals and with different gemstones. The choice is entirely yours.
Carly’s Ring
Three stunning diamonds, one from her Grandmother’s ring and two from her Mum’s earrings. They were reset nestled in-between 9ct Rose gold on the Rippled textured sterling silver band.
Joan’s Ring
The original diamonds from Joan’s engagement ring were rest into a medium length sterling silver Rippled band nestle in between 9ct rose gold. The length of the band was tapered to fit the length of Joan’s finger.
Helena’s Rings
Helena began by asking me to design and make rings for two stunning stones that she acquired whilst travelling, a pink tourmaline and an ametrine. The tourmaline is set in sterling silver with the Rippled texture. The ametrine is set in 18ct yellow gold, some from one of Helena’s old earrings with some new.
Helena then asked me to repurpose some more old jewellery of all different carats of gold with a diamond and a very unusually cut sapphire.
The diamond was set in the 18ct yellow gold with a 18ct white gold setting. The sapphire was set in the 9ct gold from the original ring it was from. The 14ct gold chain was melted and forged into a double band ring. All with the Rippled texture.
Various metals and stones can be remodelled into new pieces. If there isn’t enough material new metal will be added.
Shannon will document the process with photograph so you can see how your old treasure became your new one.
When you bring your old treasure to Shannon she will examine it and advise how best to use it for your new piece. A new design will be discussed, in some cases a sample will be made for fitting.
With old metal it will be smelted to be forged into sheet or wire to make your piece.
Gemstones will be carefully taken out of their old settings, cleaned and securely set into your new piece.
