CHRISTMAS ORDERING 2022
Just the latest update on Monday 19th December.
DHL will still take parcels for NI and mainland UK on Tuesday 20th so last orders 9pm Monday 19th so they can be booked on. For ROI and the EU with DHL they will still take parcels on Wednesday 21st so last orders 9pm Tuesday 20th to be booked on in time. Royal Mail are saying special delivery is guaranteed if sent on Wednesday 21st, so last orders by 2pm that day. Please bear in mind that there is a back log with Royal Mail due to the strikes but they are saying priority is given to special delivery as per usual.
For those who are local studio collection is available to select at the check out. Please wait for Shannon to contact you with collection times before setting off.
Shannon has added extra time slots for in studio retail for those who would like to see pieces in person before making their decision or would like some guidance from Shannon just click here to book your slot. Please note that the studio will close on Friday 23rd December at 7pm, last appointment slot is for 6pm.

If attending the Christmassy Studio Warming on the 2nd and 3rd December you can still place orders for made to order pieces from the collections in person. For more information about the event see here.
Bespoke ordering in time for Christmas is now closed. Consultations for bespoke, wedding and engagement commissioning are ongoing for pieces to begin in the New Year. You can book your consultation here or contact Shannon via email.

Orders placed after these dates will still be shipped but they will not reach you in time for Christmas.
An express courier service is available for most destinations at a supplementary fee. Please enquire for this service with Shannon.
Courier services for within Ireland, Northern Ireland and mainland UK have now been added to your shipping options at the check out.
The cut off dates are
UK mainland 15th December so orders in by 9pm on the 14th to be booked onto the service for Christmas delivery
Within Ireland, including N.Ireland, 19th December so orders in by 9pm on the 18th to be booked onto the service for Christmas delivery.
Don’t forget that collection from the studio is available. Just hang tight until Shannon notifies you that your order is ready.
